2022 Conference Theme
The Risks and the Rewards of pioneering
The costs and sacrifices of mission are real and high. Yet the rewards both in this life and in the next are rich and considerable.
In our post-pandemic, mid-war, comfort-addicted European world, it is as important as ever to speak into these risks and costs of radical sacrificial mission. And just as vital to consider the rewards and the prize towards which God has called us.
Come prepared to be challenged and encouraged afresh as we delve into this topic in detail.
Main Speaker: Dave Devenish
We are thrilled to announce one of our headline speakers will be Dave Devenish, and we cannot wait to receive what he has to share.
David is based at Woodside Church in Bedford and is part of the Catalyst Network team, as well as continuing to serve across Newfrontiers internationally. His most recent book, ‘Succession or Multiplication?’ was released in October 2020.
Alongside Dave Devenish, we have an excellent line up of teachers from across the Relational Mission and New Ground families of church twho will inspire us freshly and help us delve deeper into pioneering themes.
Full line-up to be announced soon.
“I love the local church, which flourishes best when caught up into apostolic mission. Gathering and sending members to relational-building, Word-based, Spirit-filled, Ephesians 4 ministry settings is one of the MOST significant things you can do to grow your people, enlarge their vision and sow seeds for kingdom advance in and through your local church – into pillars who will stay for many years, and into pioneers who will go. I have experienced this first hand, seen it in others and think you should do it!“
Hugh Pearce, Elder at Redeemer Church Colchester (England)
