Nick Sytchev

Kyiv, Ukraine

After being saved in 1989, Nick began his ministry in 1991 as a youth leader in Kyiv, growing a small group to 50. In 1992, he planted Golgotha Church, following a major evangelistic campaign that initially resulted in many conversions but needed follow-up. By 1994-95, he studied at Southern Cross Bible College in Australia. Upon returning in 1996, Golgotha grew to 250 members and established three daughter churches. Nick served as a regional superintendent and church planting director, leading projects that birthed 25 churches. In 2010, he founded the Temple of Worship and became the executive secretary of Ukraine's Missionary Churches Association in 2012.

Simone Vertegaal

Nijmegen, Netherlands

Simone is part of the leadership team of Novio church, Nijmegen, Netherlands as well as the Dutch apostolic team. She's passionate about seeing God's church grow and flourish in Europe. Her great joy is creating a prophetic culture, helping people realise that everyone can hear from God and we can be a prophetic people together. She loves helping people grow and be free in God and taking bold steps of faith. She's married to Wouter and a very proud mum of 4 girls. She loves to see families flourish in seeking and knowing God together.

Wouter Vertegaal

Nijmegen, Netherlands

Wouter grew up in the Netherlands. He served as an elder and later teamleader at Life Church Peterborough. After 15 years in the UK he moved in 2022 back to the Netherlands to lead a team to plant Novio, a thriving church plant in Nijmegen. He enjoys being a dad to 4 daughters and is passionate in serving other Relational Mission churches in the Netherlands together with the RM-NL apostolic team.

Dr Achim Struve

Brunsbüttel, Germany

Achim has a passion for the kingdom of God. 9 years ago he was sent out to plant a new church in Brunsbüttel, Germany together with his wife, Nadine, and a small team from another local RM church. Although it is a very rural area, God's grace led it to become a thriving community that regularly experiences the power of the Holy Spirit through all kinds of expressions. Besides serving as an elder in the church, Achim works full-time in business with his AI-advisory agency, while Nadine teaches at a local school. They have been married for 14 years and have two children.
